Commonly Asked Questions

  • The more people across this, the better. We'd encourage you to invite senior leadership, marketing and production leaders, and any key external production suppliers your team regularly works with. The session is designed to be practical and relevant regardless of role — the broader the room, the greater the impact.

  • Yes - remote attendance is completely fine. If you'd like some staff to dial in, we ask that you manage the video call setup and dial-in link on your end. We'll present from the room as normal and ensure the session works for those joining online.

  • We keep our requirements minimal. You'll need a TV or display screen with audio in the room. We run the presentation from an Apple iPad, so we'll need a way to connect to your screen - HDMI is typical. Just confirm your screen's input type ahead of the session so we can bring the right adaptor.

  • No preparation needed. Your staff don't need to do any pre-reading and we'll bring everything required on the day. The only thing we ask is that you have pens available in the room if possible - we may run a group activity time permitting. The one action required before the session is sending us a list of staff members (name + email) you'd like added to your Inclusion Portal. We'll set up their accounts in advance so everything is ready to go on the day.

  • Everyone on your portal user list will receive an email with their login details, giving them ongoing access to the Inclusion Portal and all the inclusion resources included in your membership - including the Inclusion Planner, resource library, and certification tools.

  • Yes. In-person sessions in Sydney are included in the flat fee. For sessions held outside of Sydney, additional travel costs apply. We'll confirm the travel fee when we follow up on your enquiry - or the session can be run online at no additional charge.

  • Yes - and for EOFY bookings, this is the whole point. Book and pay before June 30 to lock in current pricing, and you have 12 months from the date of booking to schedule and run the session. We'll work with you to find a date that suits your team.
