Safe & Inclusive Environment
Establish and uphold a production environment, both on and off the set, that prioritizes the safety and inclusion of all team members, regardless of their abilities.
A safe and inclusive workplace involves not only physical safety measures but also an atmosphere of respect, equity, and open communication. It means implementing accessibility features, addressing potential hazards, and providing training to ensure that everyone can work comfortably and securely.
