About Inclusively Made

Inclusively Made is Australia's certification standard for inclusive production in film, television, and advertising. We exist to make the screen industry more equitable - not as a nice-to-have, but as a business imperative.

Our 8 Pillars of Inclusion framework and 100-point certification system give brands and production companies a clear, credible standard to work towards. Foundation Partners include some of Australia's most recognised brands - Nine, Bupa, Woolworths, Telstra, Mastercard, BIG W, KFC, Thinkerbell, and Atomic 212.

The opportunity

We are a small, fast-moving team in a genuine growth phase. This role exists to take significant operational load off our co-founder, Henry so he can focus on strategy, partnerships, and growth. You will be his right hand - someone he trusts to execute with precision, communicate with warmth and keep the business moving behind the scenes.

This is not a passive role. You will be embedded in the day-to-day running of a purpose-driven organisation that punches well above its weight. If you want a front-row seat to how a high-impact social enterprise scales - and the opportunity to grow with it - this is it.

What you'll do

Social media execution

Schedule and manage Inclusively Made's social media channels - interactions, messages, comments, and DMs across LinkedIn and Instagram across multiple channels.

Member communications

You will execute and help automate member communications using our CRM. This includes sending scheduled comms, managing sequences and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Member admin & support

You will be the first point of contact for operational member support - booking training, checking in on certification progress, supporting onboarding, chasing outstanding tasks and keeping across all scheduled touch points. You are key to making sure our members feel looked after.

Member portal administration

You will manage our member portal - adding new users, handling access questions, supporting certification logistics and helping members find and use resources. Full training provided.

Database management

You will maintain our network databases - adding new contacts, sending comms and keeping records accurate and up to date.

EA support to Founder & CEO

Diary management for Henry and CEO Paul Nunnari, responding to and triaging general enquiries on Henry's behalf, logistics coordination (booking flights, accommodation, event spaces, catering etc.) and preparing agendas, meeting notes, and action follow-ups.

General enquiry management

You will monitor shared inboxes and contact forms, respond to routine enquiries and escalate anything requiring Henry's direct attention. You will be the friendly, professional first voice people experience with Inclusively Made.

What we're looking for

We are not hiring for experience alone. We are hiring for values alignment, adaptability and genuine hunger to be part of something meaningful.

You are:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail - nothing gets missed

  • A clear, warm communicator in writing and conversation

  • Proactive - you anticipate what is needed and move before being asked

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment

  • Genuinely committed to disability inclusion and equity - not as a job requirement, but as a value

  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information

  • Quick to learn new tools and systems

You have:

  • Experience in admin, EA, operations, or membership coordination (formal qualifications not required)

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Comfort managing multiple priorities and switching between tasks

  • Strong Ai skills to use Ai platforms such as Claude to support your work

  • Experience with or willingness to learn: PipeDrive (or similar CRM), LinkedIn, Instagram, and scheduling tools

  • A reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working setup

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in a small team, startup, or NFP environment

  • Familiarity with the screen industry, advertising, or the inclusion and disability sector

  • Experience managing social media accounts in a professional capacity

What you can expect from us

  • A role that genuinely matters - you will see the direct impact of your work on a growing, purpose-led organisation

  • Flexibility - fully remote, and hours that work around your life

  • Real growth opportunity - 12 hours (1.5 days) to start, with significant scope to expand as the organisation grows

  • A team that walks the talk on inclusion - we are disability-led and actively design for flexibility, access, and equity

  • Direct access to and mentorship from HenrySmith, with genuine investment in your development

  • The chance to be part of something early - and grow with it

Salary

Remuneration is competitive and will match the experience and expertise of the successful applicant. We are open about the fact that we are a growing organisation and we are always committed to paying fairly for the right person. If you have questions about salary before applying, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Our commitment to disability inclusion

Inclusively Made is a disability-led organisation. Inclusion is not a policy for us - it is our purpose. We strongly encourage applications from people with disability and are committed to making our recruitment process and work environment genuinely accessible.

If you need any adjustments to apply or to participate in the hiring process, please let us know. We will work with you.

How to apply

Send a short email to apply@inclusivelymade.com with:

  • A brief intro - who you are and why this role interests you (no more than a page, or a short video if you prefer)

  • Your CV or a summary of relevant experience

  • Any accessibility requirements or adjustments you would like us to know about upfront

We are not looking for a polished cover letter. We are looking for someone real, who gets what we are trying to do and wants to be part of it.
