Accessible Broadcast

Inclusion is not just a good thing to do: legally producers have a responsibility to ensure that viewers are not discriminated against, protecting the rights of people with disability.

Access Services are features that allow everyone to experience your production. This includes audio description, captions, accessible transcripts and sign interpretors.

Certification Criteria

The 8 Pillars of Inclusion

There are 8 inclusion pillars which you can select a combination of actions that best fit with your project. Productions are scored for certificating from a weighted scoring system to assess the inclusiveness and authenticity of the project against the following categories:
